The OPAC is an online database of all of the print resources held in the library. You can search the OPAC to locate books, journals ( print format), vertical and newspaper files in the library. It lists the location of the items, whether they are in the library or out on loan, and their call number. Search OPAC here.

The OPAC allows patrons to place holds, view reading history and much more.

Your My Library Account is required to place books on hold, view your borrowing history and view any book fines for over-due items via the OPAC. Log-in to your My Library Account here.

How to search

You can search the OPAC in a number of ways as shown below...

Understanding the search results

Take note of key information on the results page: Location, Call # and Status. The Location lets you know what collection of the library the book is located in. The Call # will guide you to specific shelf the item is located on, the Status lets you know whether it's available for loan or not.

Adding Item To Cart

The book cart button allows you to add items to a list which you can then export after by clicking view saved at the bottom.

Export Saved List

You can export your list via email. This sends an email of the entire record information of item.

Request Saved List

You can request to borrow items from the saved list. You must be logged in to request an item. Take note of the status to determine if item can be requested or not.

Place a hold on checked out book

If a due date appears in the Location field, the book is checked out. Click the request link to place a hold/request on book.
