According to the Center for Adventist Research (CAR), the mission and legacy of the Seventh-day Adventist Church are intended to be better understood and appreciated. CAR is an archive that offers users access to the largest collection of Adventist-related materials worldwide by combining the resources of the Ellen G. White Estate Branch Office and the Adventist Heritage Center.

SDA Periodical and Obituary Index
The Seventh-day Adventist Periodical Index provides citation indexing for more than forty current and historical Seventh-day Adventist publications and magazines. The Index is produced and supported by the Association of Seventh-day Adventist Librarians, which has editorial headquarters at Andrews University. Supporters include the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, the North American Division Office of Education, and the college and university libraries of Seventh-day Adventists in North America.
